🪷 We begin with a ritual connection to Blue Lotus, the revered flower known for its heart-opening, calming, and consciousness-expanding qualities. Let this sacred brew gently guide you inward as you set intentions under the energy of the new moon.
🎶 The ceremony unfolds into a multi-layered sound journey, featuring the powerful resonance of taonga pūoro—traditional Māori instruments, lovingly known as “singing treasures.”
Guest musician Matt (Beneath the Ether) will guide us through the breath of the kōauau (flute) and the vibrational hum of the porotiti, inviting you into an ancient, timeless space within.
🌀 Then Valeska will lead you into inner stillness through the crystal singing bowls—gently stilling the mind and deepening your inner dive.
✨ To close, Matt will skillfully play his handpan, bringing you back into an inner flow—a quiet yet vibrant dance with your own essence. A soulful landing that invites your spirit to breathe, move, and glow.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Valeska is a devoted wellness practitioner, space holder, and women's guide passionate about healing, embodiment, and self-discovery. Trained in Hatha and Tantrik Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Reiki, and other modalities, she integrates breath, movement, sound, and energy work into heart-opening experiences.
Valeska regularly holds women’s circles, sound ceremonies, and retreats in New Zealand and Bali. Her offerings are rooted in her deep training with Tantra Essence and a personal journey of integration. Through sacred feminine spaces, devotional music, and somatic practices, she invites women to reconnect with their voice, intuition, and innate power.
Jenny is a yoga and meditation teacher specializing in slow flow, Hatha, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Guided by heart and rooted in the body, her work supports women in softening, feeling fully, and living authentically.
Since 2023, she’s immersed herself in Tantric studies, exploring energy, movement, and emotion as gateways to joy and connection. With a background in communication design and a deep love for nature, Jenny brings creativity, gentleness, and grounded joy to her offerings. Now based in Aotearoa New Zealand, she co-organizes retreats and events with the Mystery School and holds space with warmth, playfulness, and presence.

Tantra Experience - Sahasrara Chakra
The 7th Chakra (Sahasrara), means ‘thousand-petaled’ and is all about super-consciousness and transcending the human condition.
This energy centre controls our connection to spirit, and our sense of universal consciousness, wisdom, unity and self-knowledge.
Association with the colour violet reflects the Crown chakra’s link to spirituality and enlightenment.
When right and left sides of the brain merge, the mid-brain goes through a sudden awakening, as all the ‘lights’ get switched on.
This leads to the experience known as Mahamudra, the Great Gesture arising from the ultimate orgasm with the universe.
Such experience takes us beyond duality into oneness with all that is.
We move from personal love, into universal love.
The Crown chakra stores energies amassed through kind thoughts and actions, faith, meditation and prayer.
Here we are able to transcend the material world and commune with the divine.
Sahasrara is aligned to seek an intimate relationship with the universe.

The 6th Chakra, Ajna, is the chakra of intuition, self-realisation, inspiration and imagination.
This third eye chakra Ajna, which means “order" is the place of lightning and fire.
The sixth chakra is associated with mystical visions, clairvoyance, the ability to observe chakras and auras, precognition and out-of-body experiences.
It is where we develop an impersonal mind and detach from physical and mental illusions.
This is where we can transcend thoughts, worries and fears to know our souls deeply from within.
The energy of this chakra allows us to see and understand the inner and outer worlds.
When stimulated, both hemispheres of the brain work together and help us transcend dualistic thinking.
When open, the third eye chakra connects us to the present moment and can deepen spiritual connection as well as provide wisdom and insight.
