Kirtan is a devotional practice that gently leads the mind into stillness and the heart into openness. It invites expression and surrender - a place where you can sing, move, dance, feel, or simply sit and receive. About the Facilitators

Swami Amandeep has been holding Kirtan spaces for over 15 years, weaving mantra, meditation, and sacred sound into powerful devotional journeys. A certified Tantra teacher and long-time meditator, Amandeep brings depth, steadiness, and heart-led leadership to every circle he holds.

Valeska has been sharing Kirtan for over 6 years, offering a sensitive, intuitive, and embodied approach to devotional music. A sound practitioner, wellness guide, and space holder, she is devoted to creating environments where people feel safe to express, soften, and reconnect with their inner world.

Together, Amandeep and Valeska create a strong and loving container - blending skilled musicianship, meditation, and deep presence. Their shared love for weaving music, awareness, and devotion invites participants into an experience that is both grounding and uplifting, intimate and expansive.

Their Kirtans are known for their sincerity, warmth, and the way they gently guide people into a lived experience of unity, love, and inner stillness.

What the Evening Looks Like

We open with an introduction to the Five Zones, grounding practices, and embodied consent.
From there, you are invited into free exploration – moving between zones in your own time.

Everything is optional.
You move at your pace.

If boundaries are not respected, we may ask participants to leave, with care for the group.

Entry, Timing & Participation

Start time is 6.30pm sharp – doors close afterwards.
To protect the container, no late entry is possible.

We want to ensure that the group aligns with the intention of the space.
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a link to a short intake form in your confirmation email.
Access to the event requires completing this form.

If we feel the alignment is not there, we reserve the right to refund your ticket.

Please arrive on time and sober, and plan to stay until the end (unless you really need to leave please check out with us).
While this space cannot offer intensive 1:1 support, facilitators offer private aftercare sessions.

What Love Lounge Is Not

• Not a sex party or a place to hook up or engage in fast dating culture

About the facilitators:

Swami Amandeep is a certified Tantra Teacher and Faculty at Tantra Essence, world renowned organisation, developed by famous Ma Ananda Sarita.

Amandeep is a founder of Waiheke Mystery School, meditation centre in New Zealand, which has been successfully transforming people's lives since 2015. https://waihekemysteryschool.co.nz/

He also runs an annual conscious event, Shiva Shakti Festival in Auckland, New Zealand, hosting numerous high calibre teachers of Tantra, Yoga, Meditation, Dance Therapies and facilitators, musicians and healers. https://shivashakti.nz/

Valeska also holds regular sound ceremonies and women’s circles, inviting others to return to their intuition, voice, and power through devotional singing, kirtan, and medicine songs.

Jenny is a Tantra and Yoga teacher offering practices that awaken presence, energy, and embodied awareness.

She has been teaching Slow Flow and Hatha Yoga since 2017 – guiding people with a soft, heart-centered approach.

Over time her work has expanded into Tantra, mindfulness, and energy work, including Kundalini Activation.

As a passionate tantrica, she supports you in reconnecting with your body, emotions, sensuality, and ecstatic life force.

Her sessions weave movement, meditation, tantric practices, and kundalini energy work to create slow, grounded, and deeply felt experiences.

Self-compassion has been a steady anchor on her own path – helping her soften, heal, and return to herself again and again. She brings this understanding into her offerings, creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and meet themselves with honesty and tenderness.

Chakra Sounds and Energy Activation*

I warmly invite you to an evening of chakra sounding and energy activation.�This is a unique combination of practices.�It supports connecting to your body and your energy centres.�It invites the flow of life force energy, presence, and awareness.

Part one – Chakra sounding (about 30 minutes)�We activate the chakras through sounding together.�Each sound connects to a different energy centre and part of your body.�You are invited to explore your voice in a gentle way connecting to the vibration in your body.

Part two – Energy activation (about 45 minutes)�You will be lying down and accompanied by music.�There is nothing to do.�You can relax and feel the energy moving in your body.
This modality is also known as Kundalini Activation.�Depending on the day and what your nervous system requires, the experience of the energy may be different every time.

Sound Experiment - An Interactive Sound Experience

Sound Experiment is an immersive workshop inviting you to explore sound through curiosity, sensation, and direct experience.

This session is an experiment in listening - noticing how different sounds affect the body, nervous system, and state of mind, and how sound can become a simple yet powerful tool for relaxation and meditation in everyday life.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to settle the mind and arrive fully in the body. From there, participants are guided through a series of sound experiments using everyday objects and unexpected sound sources. With eyes closed and awareness open, you’ll listen deeply, observe physical and emotional responses, and playfully guess the sounds you hear.

Rather than focusing on music or performance, this experience emphasizes embodied listening, perception, and awareness - allowing sound to be felt as much as it is heard.

The workshop concludes with a short crystal singing bowl journey, offering space for integration, settling, and deep relaxation.

Self-Love Yoga & Sound Integration

You are warmly invited into a nourishing hour of self-connection, presence, and deep listening.

This session begins with Self-Love Yoga - a simple, gentle practice guided by breath and awareness. Rather than pushing or striving, we move slowly and intuitively, attuning to the unique needs of your body in each moment.
This is a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Through gentle breathwork, we quiet the mind and create space for ease and receptivity. The practice supports relaxation, grounding, and a deeper sense of being at home within yourself.

We then explore Loving Is Receiving Meditation - a tender, accessible meditation you can take into your daily life. This is a powerful yet simple tool for cultivating an inner sense of pure love, allowing yourself to receive rather than effort or perform.

The journey concludes with a Sound Integration using crystal singing bowls, supporting deep integration, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are - just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to receive.

Sacred Heart Space - End of Year Women’s Circle

Sacred Heart Space is a gentle, intentional gathering for women to slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves.

On the last New Moon of the year, you are invited to step into a safe and nurturing circle facilitated by Jenny and Valeska. Together, we will create a heart-centered space to reflect on the year that has passed, honor what has shaped us, and consciously release what is ready to be laid down.

Through grounding, soft movement, guided inner journeying, and reflective inquiry, we will travel through the months of the year - witnessing both the nourishing moments and the challenges with kindness and compassion. There will be space for quiet reflection as well as optional sharing, held in deep presence and without judgment.

Swami Amandeep is a certified Tantra Teacher and Faculty at Tantra Essence, world renowned organisation, developed by famous Ma Ananda Sarita.
