Valeska
Valeska is a devoted facilitator & wellness practitioner, dedicated to creating nurturing and transformational spaces for those seeking deeper connection, balance, and expansion.
With roots in France, bloodlines tracing to both Indonesia and Poland, and a heart shaped by travels, sacred teachings, and embodied experiences, her offerings arise from a rich journey of self-discovery, devotion, and lived practice.
Trained in Hatha & Tantrik Hatha Yoga, as well as authentic Tantra with the school Tantra Essence, Valeska guides meditative practices infused with breathwork, mantra, and deep body awareness.
She works intuitively, meeting each soul where they are, and crafting one-on-one and group experiences that draw from a wide range of modalities including energy work, bodywork, breathwork, sound, plant medicine, and sacred ritual.
For the past seven years, she has co-facilitated Tantra events at festivals and retreats alongside Swami Amandeep, walking the tantric path both as a student and as a space holder, integrating these teachings into daily life.
Her own healing journey has been deeply supported by her ongoing mentorship with Reiki Master Sibylla Meckel, inspiring her to train in a wide range of healing modalities-Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Thai yoga massage, emotional release techniques, and intuitive energy work-cultivating a body of work that meets the whole being.
She regularly facilitates Sound Ceremonies, both one-on-one and in group settings. These sessions invite deep surrender into the inner world-using the vibrational power of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments to create a soothing, meditative space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and profound inner peace. Each journey is intuitive and immersive, allowing the body and soul to harmonize in stillness and presence.
She also shares music through Ava Lam, a devotional music project co-created with Swami Amandeep. Their offerings blend original medicine songs and sacred music from diverse cultures, as well as traditional Kirtan (call-and-response mantra chanting), weaving soundscapes that elevate the spirit and invite listeners into deeper feeling, connection, and reverence for Life.

Valeska is dedicated to the reclamation of the Feminine through women’s circles. She regularly hosts events at the Waiheke Mystery School, offering sacred spaces where women can gather in vulnerability, truth, and celebration of the wild, wise Feminine.
She also cocreate an annual conscious event, Shiva Shakti Festival in Auckland, New Zealand, hosting numerous high calibre teachers of Tantra, Yoga, Meditation, Dance Therapies and facilitators, musicians and healers.

A nurturing and immersive experience designed to guide you into deep relaxation, inner stillness, and energetic alignment. Each session begins with grounding practices such as meditation, breathwork, and gentle guidance to center the body and mind.
The sound journey follows with a set of six crystal singing bowls attuned to the chakras—from the base of the spine to the third eye—alongside Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, bells, rainstick, chapaka, and optionally, the heartbeat rhythm of the shamanic drum. These instruments gently guide you into a meditative state, allowing energy to move, emotions to soften, and the body to surrender.
We close with a soft integration to return to the self—grounded, balanced, and at peace.
