Chakra Breathing Meditation

This active meditation uses a blend of deep, rapid breathing and mindful body movement to activate and harmonize each of the seven chakras. Guided by specific music and bell cues, participants breathe energy into each chakra, bringing heightened awareness, vitality, and a sense of inner silence. The practice begins at the base chakra, gradually moving upward to the crown, with movements and breathing rhythm adjusting for each energy center. This one-hour meditation, performed with eyes closed, is an active journey inward, promoting alignment and a vibrant, balanced energy flow throughout the body.

The meditation concludes with a seated silence, allowing participants to witness the energy shifts without judgment, integrating the experience fully. Ideal on an empty stomach, this active approach is both energizing and deeply meditative, designed to foster clarity and connection with oneself and each chakra’s unique qualities​
