Sion, a charming town nestled in the Swiss Alps, is easily accessible by train or car. Surrounded by majestic mountains, lush valleys, and pure light, it is the perfect starting point for a transformational retreat.
In honor of the sacred nature of this experience, the exact location will only be revealed shortly before the event. You can expect an intimate setting, about 20 minutes from Sion — immersed in nature, far from the busyness of everyday life.

Certified Tantra teacher with Tantra Essence, Amandeep brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this retreat. His teachings are deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of authentic Tantra, and he has guided countless individuals on their path to self-realization and inner transformation.
For the past 10 years, Amandeep has been studying with Ma Ananda Sarita, a direct disciple of Osho who lived and received teachings from him for 17 years.
Inspired by Osho's vision, Amandeep shares the teachings with heartfelt dedication and presence.
Swami Amandeep's wisdom will illuminate your spiritual journey, helping you explore the depths of your consciousness.

This retreat is rooted in authentic, ancient Tantra practices that focus on healing, meditation, and self-realization.
There is no sex or nudity in the group room.
All practices are held in a safe, sacred, and respectful space, supporting deep inner transformation without crossing personal boundaries. -
Yes, there are a few important items to bring with you to support your experience:
A notebook and pens for journaling or reflections
A refillable water bottle
Clothes you feel free to move and dance in
Comfortable and relaxed clothing for sessions in the group room
A large towel (showers are available during the day)
A massage sheet (this can be a large bedsheet)
Please note: Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted in the group room to maintain the sacred and confidential nature of the space.

While the schedule may vary slightly, a typical day during the retreat looks like this:

Each “process” refers to a guided experience such as a meditation, healing ritual, embodiment practice, or self-inquiry journey. The schedule is designed to create a flowing rhythm of depth, integration, and nourishment throughout the day.
Please note that the event ends on Sunday 12pm, however there is an optional ecstatic dance + cacao happening starting at 2pm (40CHF) booking in advance is strongly recommended to save a spot « ecstatic dance + cacao

The retreat begins on Friday 8 August 2025 at 10:00 AM and concludes on Sunday, 10 August 2025 at 12:00 PM.
We recommend arriving the evening before, if possible, to ensure a relaxed and timely start to your journey.
If not, you’re welcome to arrive the morning before the beginning of our retreat.Every extra night prior/after the event must be paid in advance separately (booking required)
Please plan your departure for after the closing on Sunday afternoon, or stay another night and leave on Monday morning.
There will also be an optional ecstatic dance + cacao at 2pm which needs to be booked separately.

No, you don’t need a partner to attend this retreat.
Our space is open to both singles and couples, and all practices are designed to support deep inner work, connection, and transformation—regardless of relationship status.
Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

An Ecstatic Dance will be onsite after our retreat, this is optional. Here are more informations about it :

First time at an Ecstatic Dance?
The practice of Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to explore balance within yourself, with YOUR DANCE at the cente – bringing you back to inner harmony.
Join us and enjoy a safe and inspiring space to dance barefoot on the grass. It's about selfexpression, freeing our minds and bodies, and connecting with ourselves and those around us.No alcohol and no talking on the dance floor help us maintain this intention. The music varies, exploring all horizons, helping us stay focused on the dance.
Guidelines:
1. No talking on the dance floor (feel free to chat in the garden area).
2. Drug-free, smoke-free, and alcohol-free environment.
3. No photos or videos—phones off and out of sight.
4. Respect the space and one another. 5. Move your body however you want! 6. You can dance alone or with as many partners as you wish. (If you prefer not to dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in prayer position over your heart.)
7. This is a space of consent and kindness, where we are all responsible for ourselves.
8. Dances take place in all weather conditions.What to bring:
1. Loose, light clothing that allows you to move freely and feel as free as possible.
2. A water bottle. You can refill it on site. We do not provide plastic cups—we strive to be a zero-waste event.What is sacred cacao ? Sacred cacao, or ceremonial cacao, has been used for thousands of years by the peoples of Central America for its spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits. Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine, it naturally stimulates the heart, enhances focus, and provides a gentle, sustained energy without the shaky effects of caffeine. On a spiritual level, it is considered a plant medicine that opens the heart, encourages connection with oneself and others, and supports meditative or creative practices. In ceremony, it becomes a powerful tool for inner transformation and alignment.
Nota Bene : Booking is strongly recommended to save a spot. The price is 40 CHF (ecstatic dance + cacao) that can be paid at the door on arrival. In order to prepare the correct quantity of cacao, the organiser needs to know the amount of participants the day before the dance.
