We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, connect with the body, and gently set an intention for the cycle ahead. From there, immerse yourself in a soothing sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Tibetan bowls.

Allow the resonant tones and gentle vibrations to wash over you, inviting deep relaxation, inner harmony, and a renewed sense of clarity. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go. Simply lie back, receive, and allow yourself to be carried by the sounds.
