TANTRA FESTIVAL
AOTEAROA, NEW ZEALAND - DECEMBER 11-13, 2026
“An intimate three-day Tantra festival ROOTED in sacred intimacy, conscious connection, and the transformative principles of Tantra”
One Heart Tantra Festival
An Intimate Festival of Connection, Community & Transformation
Join 144 like-hearted souls for three days of Tantra, conscious relating, embodiment, music,
movement, and heartfelt celebration.
Set in nature and guided by experienced facilitators, One Heart is a boutique festival designed to foster authentic connection, personal growth, and meaningful community.
A space where intimacy becomes meditation, connection becomes practice, and community becomes family.
Imagine waking surrounded by nature.
Sharing nourishing meals with friends.
Exploring workshops that deepen presence, authenticity, and connection.
Swimming in the lake, meeting the horses, resting beneath the trees, dancing under the stars, and
celebrating life in community.
One Heart is an invitation to slow down, open your heart, and remember what becomes possible when we
gather with intention.
A Boutique Gathering of Conscious Intimacy
One Heart Tantra Festival is a curated three-day immersion into the principles of Tantra, conscious intimacy, embodiment, and authentic relating.
Limited to 144 participants, this intimate gathering is designed to create the safety, trust, and connection that allow meaningful transformation to unfold.
Through workshops, experiential practices, music, movement, meditation, and community experiences, participants are invited into a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and life itself.
WHAT IS ONE HEART ?
Why We Created One Heart ?
After years of facilitating retreats, trainings, and festivals around the world, we felt called to create something different.
A gathering large enough to offer diversity and inspiration,
yet intimate enough for connection to unfold naturally.
A space where people are not simply attendees, but become part of a
living community.
A space where personal growth, conscious relating, celebration, music,
movement, and meditation can coexist in an organic and embodied way.
One Heart was born from the vision of bringing together incredible teachers, facilitators, and participants within a container rooted in integrity, presence, and love.
Our intention is simple:
To create a festival where people leave not only inspired,
but deeply connected to themselves, to others, and to life itself.

The Container
Why only 144 participants?
One Heart is intentionally limited to 144 participants.
By limiting the space to 144 participants, we create a container where depth becomes possible.
Rather than being one among many, each person is seen, felt, and able to fully participate in the unfolding field.
A smaller group allows for a higher level of safety, where trust, consent, and emotional presence can naturally develop. This is essential when exploring the subtleties of relationships, energy, and connection.
It also fosters genuine intimacy. Over three days, faces become familiar, connections deepen, and a sense of community emerges, as a lived experience.
With fewer participants, the quality of interaction is elevated. Workshops are more engaging, guidance more personal, and the overall experience more integrated and meaningful.
This is not a festival of scale.
It is a container for transformation.
Why “One Heart”?
In our Tantra lineage, we work with seven energy centres known as the chakras. Each chakra is associated with an element and represents different aspects of our human experience and growth. When energy flows freely through these centres, we experience greater vitality, joy, and connection.
The heart chakra sits at the centre of this system. It is the bridge between earth and sky, body and spirit, self and other. It is the home of love, compassion, and acceptance - a doorway to a deeper relationship with ourselves, others, and life itself.
At the Heart of Tantra lies a simple yet profound understanding: separation is an illusion.
Beneath our stories, identities, and differences, we are deeply interconnected.
One Heart is an invitation to remember this.
Through meditation, movement, breathwork, sacred touch, music, and authentic connection, we create opportunities not only to understand this truth intellectually, but to experience it directly.
For a moment, we come together as One field, One community, One heart.
Who Comes to One Heart?
One Heart welcomes people from all walks of life who feel called toward authentic connection,
personal growth, and conscious living.
Participants range from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
What matters most is not prior experience, but openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore life through the lens of Tantra, embodiment, and conscious relating.
Some come alone, some with partners, and others with friends.
Relationship status is not important, what unites participants is a shared interest in connection, awareness, and growth.
The community is made up of people who are generally open-hearted, respectful, and curious about life.
Many are drawn to depth, presence, playfulness, and meaningful connection,
while also valuing lightness, joy, and celebration.
All participants are 18+ and able to fully engage in the physical and experiential nature of the festival.
Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have been on the path for years,
You are welcome here.

You are curious about Tantra and wish to explore it within a safe, grounded, and conscious environment.

You are ready to move beyond habitual ways of relating and step into more authentic, embodied connection.

You rely on alcohol or recreational substances to access states of celebration, connection, or freedom.

Guidelines
This festival is held as a conscious and intentional space, designed to support presence, safety, and authentic connection.
Respect for intimacy
While this space may explore connection, intimacy, and energy, there is no sexual activity in shared or group spaces. We honor intimacy as something personal, to be experienced in private and with clear mutual consent.
Sober environment
This is a substance-free space. Alcohol and drugs are not part of the container, as we invite connection and celebration to arise through presence and awareness.
18+ event
Participation is open to adults only.
Consent & Personal Responsibility
We invite all participants to take responsibility for their own boundaries, desires, and wellbeing. Consent is an ongoing conversation and may be withdrawn at any time. A clear "no" is to be respected, and we encourage participants to communicate honestly and respectfully.
Application & alignment
Access to the festival is subject to completing an application form.
We reserve the right to accept participants based on alignment with the intentions and values of the space, to ensure a coherent and supportive group dynamic.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We ask participants to respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, experiences, and vulnerable moments shared during the festival are to remain within the container. This helps create an environment of trust, safety, and authentic expression.
Respect for the Land
We are guests on this beautiful land. We invite participants to treat the environment, facilities, animals, and natural surroundings with care, respect, and gratitude.
Presence & Technology
Our venue has no Wi-Fi access and mobile phone reception.
We encourage participants to prepare accordingly and to let family, friends, or colleagues know that you may be less reachable during the festival.
While this may feel unfamiliar at first, many participants discover that stepping away from constant connectivity allows for a deeper sense of presence, connection, and immersion in the experience.
We invite you to embrace this opportunity to slow down, be fully here, and connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the natural surroundings.
Communication & Community
We invite participants to communicate with kindness, honesty, and respect. Differences of perspective are welcome, and we encourage curiosity, compassion, and open-hearted dialogue.
THE VENUE
Set in a secluded natural landscape, One Heart takes place in a space surrounded by land, water, and open sky, designed to support presence, rest, and connection with nature.
The environment itself is an integral part of the experience, offering space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what is essential.
More details about the land, accommodation, and natural features will be shared soon.
THE FACILITATORS
One Heart brings together experienced Tantra facilitators, space holders, and practitioners who are deeply committed to conscious growth, embodiment, and authentic connection.
Each facilitator contributes their own unique expression, guiding participants through practices that explore awareness, intimacy, and presence.
We will be introducing the full facilitator team and their offerings in the coming weeks.
A Typical Day
Each day at One Heart unfolds through a balanced rhythm of guided practices, shared meals, movement, rest, and authentic connection.
The schedule is intentionally designed to support both depth and spaciousness, allowing ample time for integration, reflection, and simply being. Throughout the festival, participants will also gather in small pods to share their experiences, connect more deeply, and support one another's journey.
Alongside workshops and facilitated experiences, there is space to rest, connect with nature and horses, enjoy meaningful conversations, and follow the natural unfolding of the festival.
A more detailed overview of the daily flow will be shared soon.

Can I choose who I partner with during exercises?
Yes.
Some practices allow participants to choose their own partners, while others may invite what is sometimes called "natural selection" or facilitated pairing.
Within Tantra, there is an understanding that meaningful connection can arise in unexpected ways. Occasionally, participants are invited to be paired with someone they may not have naturally chosen themselves. These encounters can often offer valuable insights, growth, and connection that might otherwise be missed.
That said, your boundaries and comfort always come first.
You are never required to participate in any exercise that doesn't feel aligned for you, and you are always welcome to change your mind at any point.
If anything feels uncomfortable, simply let one of our facilitators know. Our team is there to support you, and we will ensure your needs, boundaries, and wellbeing are respected throughout the festival.
And of course, if you come with your partner you can practice everything together.
