We will be sharing some delicious cacao from Bali, an island renowned for the warmth, kindness, and generous hearts of its people. We like to imagine that this cacao carries a little of that Balinese loving spirit with it, inviting us to slow down, soften, and open our hearts together.

From there, we explore the beauty of our voices through simple, beautiful songs, ancient chants, and medicine music. Together, we discover how sound and vibration can bring us into deeper resonance with our hearts, allowing our voices to become an expression of our authentic selves.
