You are warmly invited into a nourishing hour of self-connection, presence, and deep listening.
This session begins with Self-Love Yoga - a simple, gentle practice guided by breath and awareness. Rather than pushing or striving, we move slowly and intuitively, attuning to the unique needs of your body in each moment.
This is a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Through gentle breathwork, we quiet the mind and create space for ease and receptivity. The practice supports relaxation, grounding, and a deeper sense of being at home within yourself.
We then explore Loving Is Receiving Meditation - a tender, accessible meditation you can take into your daily life. This is a powerful yet simple tool for cultivating an inner sense of pure love, allowing yourself to receive rather than effort or perform.
The journey concludes with a Sound Integration using crystal singing bowls, supporting deep integration, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are - just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to receive.
