With years of experience holding transformational spaces, Valeska is known for creating safe, nurturing, and grounded containers where genuine self-exploration and healing can unfold.
Her approach honours clear boundaries while inviting participants to gently explore their inner landscape with curiosity and awareness.
Passionate about the authentic tradition of Tantra, she shares practices that integrate the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the human experience. The Tantra of the Heart Retreat begins on Thursday, 6 May 2027, with our opening session at 2:00 pm, and concludes on Sunday, 9 May 2027, at 5:00 pm.
We recommend arriving no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday to give yourself plenty of time to check into your accommodation, settle in, and become familiar with the venue before we begin.
Please ensure you are in the group room and ready to start promptly at 2:00 pm.
You are welcome to depart after the retreat concludes at 5:00 pm on Sunday.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to create a balance between deep inner work, rest, connection, and integration. While the exact schedule may vary depending on the needs of the group, a typical day may look like this:
7:30 am – Active Meditation
8:30 am – Breakfast
10:00 am – Morning Session
1:00 pm – Lunch, rest, swim or personal integration time
2:30 pm – Afternoon Session
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Evening Session
9:00 pm – Close of the Day
Please note that this is a sample schedule. The detailed program for each day will be shared the evening before, allowing us to remain responsive to the energy and needs of the group while creating the best possible retreat experience.

The following are not included:
Travel to and from the venue – Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel, including flights (if applicable) and ground transportation.

The retreat will be held at Casa Betania. Diseminado Rodeno, 367, 46592 Valencia, Spain.
We recommend travelling by your own vehicle or arranging a lift with other participants. If you are flying into Valencia, you can hire a car or organise a shuttle or taxi to the venue.
Detailed directions and a Google Maps link will be sent to all registered participants closer to the retreat date to ensure you arrive with ease.

Your wellbeing and sense of safety are our highest priorities. While we encourage you to gently step beyond your comfort zone, you will never be asked to do anything that doesn't feel right for you.
If any practice feels uncomfortable, our teachers can offer alternative ways to participate that honour your personal boundaries while allowing you to receive the benefits of the process.
Throughout the retreat, our teachers and support team are available to provide guidance and emotional support whenever you need it. If anything arises during the retreat, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Yes. Men and women of all sexual orientations are warmly welcome.
The event explores both masculine and feminine energetic principles, including qualities such as presence, confidence, leadership, direction, strength, receptivity, intuition, sensuality, creativity and conscious expression. We will explore how these energies move within ourselves and how they can meet, balance and create deeper connection with one another.
Some practices may explore masculine–feminine/Shakti polarity as an energetic and experiential principle, rather than defining it by gender or sexual orientation. You are invited to discover these energies in your own unique way, whether you identify with the masculine, feminine, both, or move fluidly between them.
