When we relate to other from a wounded space, we may never be able to open up fully and have flowering intimate relationship. This healing method is a perfect tool on taking responsibility for our own projections.

Learn about tradition of Tantra and its origins. Experience a profound active meditation technique of classical Tantra. Breath, movement and sound - as three pillar of Tantra.

20.00 - 21.30 Session 4 - Caressing Meditation
Conscious touch technique connecting to a sutra from Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, ancient scripture of Tantra. This magnificent method is an activation of senses and can also heal many dysfunction.

A fountain can only overflow if it is first filled with water. By opening to receive love, we are then able to overflow with love without any effort. Learn about Love and how to receive it directly from the source.

11.30 - 13.00 Session 6 - Discourse on Orgasm, Full Body Energy Activation Process
Learning to open the central channel and raise the energy inwards and upwards leading to full body ecstasy, is one of the most important steps a person can take on their Tantra path. Full body energy activation is an important method on opening up to feeling the ecstatic bliss within our being.

Tantra brings us to the non-dual understanding of reality. Through practising Tantra, we come to direct experience of the fact, that Earth and Heaven, Matter and Spirit, Sex and Samadhi are One.

DUNE LAKES LODGE, SOUTH HEAD, AUCKLAND
Located about one hour from Auckland, Dune Lakes Lodge is a peaceful retreat sanctuary nestled among ancient sand dunes on the South Head of the Kaipara Harbour. Set on 37 acres of rolling pasture, wetlands, and native bush beside Lake Kereta, the land offers a deeply quiet and spacious environment ideal for inner work and reconnection with nature.
Surrounded by a herd of free-roaming horses and abundant birdlife, the retreat space invites a slower rhythm where participants can unwind, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. The nearby lake offers a beautiful natural setting for walks or a refreshing integration dip, while the distant sound of the ocean and wide open landscapes create a sense of calm and seclusion.
Accommodation at the venue is rustic, simple, and close to nature.
Options include private studio rooms, shared bunk rooms, cabins, and spaces for campervans or camping. Some cabins are off-grid with solar lighting and no mains electricity, offering a deeper immersion into nature and the peaceful surroundings of the land.

With years of experience holding transformational spaces, Valeska is known for creating safe and nurturing containers where genuine self-exploration and healing can unfold. Her approach honours clear boundaries while inviting participants to gently explore their inner landscape with curiosity, awareness, and compassion.
Passionate about the authentic tradition of Tantra, she shares practices that integrate the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the human experience. Her work invites people to expand their consciousness while remaining deeply rooted in the reality of being human - embracing both the sacred and the everyday.
Valeska’s intention is to support others in rediscovering their inner light, deepening their connection to themselves and the world around them, and living with greater presence, love, and authenticity.

Valeska
Valeska is a devoted space holder, wellness practitioner, and community weaver whose work is rooted in embodiment, presence, and heart-led connection. Trained in Hatha yoga, Tantra with Tantra Essence, and energy healing, she brings a grounded yet intuitive approach to her offerings, supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom.
She has trained with Swami Amandeep and the School of Tantra Essence in Bali, and has deepened her connection to life force energy through Kundalini Activation work. Jenny is also a Tantric Healing practitioner in training with Yogini Helena in Sydney. The tools and experiences she has received through Tantra have profoundly shaped her life - and she is honoured to share these with participants at our retreat.

Jenny has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and has extensive experience leading Tantra workshops at festivals and retreats. Her passion lies in working with the Chakra system, guiding energy movement and alignment, and supporting mindful, heart-centered connection with yourself and others through Tantric practices.

Dune Lakes Lodge is located in South Head, approximately 1 hour from Auckland. The easiest way to reach the venue is by car.
From Auckland, drive north over the Harbour Bridge, follow State Highway 16 toward Helensville, then continue toward South Head / Lake Kereta. Detailed directions will be provided to participants after booking.
If you are coming from out of town and do not have a vehicle, we recommend carpooling with other participants. A group chat will be created closer to the retreat so attendees can coordinate rides.
Free parking is available onsite, including space for campervans for those staying in their own vehicle.

This retreat is rooted in authentic, ancient Tantra practices that focus on healing, meditation, and self-realization.
There is no sex in the group room.
All practices are held in a safe, sacred, and respectful space, supporting deep inner transformation without crossing personal boundaries. -
Yes, there are a few important items to bring with you to support your experience:
A notebook and pens for journaling or reflections
A refillable water bottle
Clothes you feel free to move and dance in
Comfortable and relaxed clothing for sessions in the group room
A large towel (showers are available during the day)
A massage sheet (this can be a large bedsheet)
Please note: Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted in the group room to maintain the sacred and confidential nature of the space.

Each “process” refers to a guided experience such as a meditation, healing ritual, embodiment practice, or self-inquiry journey. The schedule is designed to create a flowing rhythm of depth, integration, and nourishment throughout the day.

The retreat begins on Saturday 21 March 2026 at 9:00 AM and concludes on Sunday, 22 March 2026 at 7:30 PM.
We recommend arriving at 8.45 AM the latest to complete registration process. We would like to ensure a relaxed and timely start to your journey.
Please plan your departure for after the closing on Sunday evening.

Our space is open to both singles and couples, and all practices are designed to support deep inner work, connection, and transformation—regardless of relationship status.
